1. I enclose a copy of a minute from 1984 on the subject of the UNDP (United Nations Development Programme) and the Dependent Territories.
2. I am trying to find the reply from Hong Kong Department and any other papers from 1984 and 1985 on the UNDP and the Dependent Territories.
The papers could be on a Membership of International Organisations file or on IRO's General file.
