A object" to this Section. "space object" is an object which is beyond, is intended to go beyond, or has been beyond, the major portion of the Earth's atmosphere and it includes the component parts of a space object, its launch vehicle and the
component parts of that.
Amend Section 8(1) of the
Ordinance to extend the scope
of telecommunication licensing requirements to include radio stations on space objects registered in Hong Kong.
