1. I should be grateful if you could substitute the attached draft Order for the draft attached to my minute of
15 February.
2. Following a conversation I had with Julia Darvell (DTI Solicitors) on 16 February, I have made a minor amendment to paragraph 6 of the Schedule. In Section 8(1) the words "Governor acting on instructions from the Secretary of State" (instead of "Governor") have been substituted for the words "Secretary of State".
