respect of damage or loss suffered by Her Majesty's
Government in the United Kingdom, by the Government
of Hong Kong or by third parties, in Hong Kong or
elsewhere, as a result of the Licensed Activities in
such amount, from such date, subject to such terms
and conditions and exclusions and by such insurers
as may be approved from time to time by [the
Secretary of State] [the Governor] PROVIDED ALWAYS
that such approval shall not in any way amount to
acceptance by [the Secretary of State] [the
Governor] of the adequacy or otherwise of any such
policy. The Licensee shall provide evidence of the
policies of insurance entered into to comply with
its obligations under the terms of this Licence to
the Governor upon demand together with evidence of
payment of the premiums in respect of such policy or
policies. The Licensee shall not vary the terms of
nor add any additional named insureds to the
insurance effected to comply with its obligations
under this Licence without the prior written consent
of [the Secretary of State], [the Governor].
The Licensee shall ensure that the Secretary of
State [the Governor] is a named insured in any such
policy of insurance or [his interest is secured in a
manner satisfactory to the Secretary of State.]

satisfactory to them].
