litigation, arbitration or legal proceedings in
connection with any claim brought by or against
Her Majesty's Government [or the Governor]
arising out of the Licensed Activities, or
otherwise as required by law.
5.2
Disclosure of the material referred to in Condition
5.1 above shall be required in pursuance of
Condition 5.1.2 above in particular, but without
prejudice to the generality of the provision, in
respect of any material relating to the launch of
the Satellite and all operational information in
connection with the Satellite.
6.
6.1
Licensee's obligations
The Licensee shall conduct the Licensed Activities
in a proper and businesslike manner and in
compliance with the laws of Hong Kong and any other
applicable law, in particular the Licensee shall
not:-
6.1.1
so conduct its operations as to create any risk
of contamination of outer space or adverse
changes in the environment of the earth or
jeopardise public health or the safety of
persons or property in any part of the world,
