(a) Condition 4.1.1. For additional clarity, we suggest "is
satisfied" in line 2 be replaced by "has signified his
satisfaction in writing". Similarly, in the last line
after "Governor" we suggest the insertion of "signified
in writing".
(e) Condition 4.1.2. We wonder why "obligations" is not
specified in addition to "rights".
(f) Condition 5.1. In line 6, "Governor" should be deleted
and replaced with "Hong Kong Government".
(q) Condition 5.1.2. We suggest the insertion of "by the
Governor" after "as required",
(h) Condition 5.1.3. We prefer "or the Hong Kong
Government" to the suggested "or the Governor".
(i)
Condition 6.1.3. We suggest deletion of "on the part of
the United Kingdom" and insertion after "under
international law" of "applicable to Hong Kong"
(j) Condition 6.4.
Although we see no difficulties with the
present case, we wonder why there is no provision for
approving the basic orbital parameters etc. notified by
the Licensee.
