In proving service by post it shall be necessary to
prove only that the notice was sent or despatched
and that the notice was contained in an envelope
properly addressed, stamped and posted. In proving
service by cable, telex, facsimile copier or other
electronic means of communication it shall be
necessary to prove only that the confirmatory letter
was sent or despatched.
Any notice required to be given to the Licensee
shall be addressed to it at its registered office or
such other address as may from time to time be
notified to the Governor for this purpose, by telex
to its last telex number and by facsimile copier to
its last known facsimile number. Any notice
required to be given to the Governor shall be
addressed to him at General Post Office,
2 Connaught Place, Hong Kong or at such other
address as may from time to time be notified to the
Licensee for this purpose, by telex to telex number
65958 GPO HK HX and by facsimile copier to fax
number (852) 868 0094 or such other numbers as may
be notified to the Licensee from time to time for
this purpose.
