jeopardise public health or the safety of
persons or property in any part of the world,
6.1.2
interfere with the activities of others in the
peaceful exploration and use of outer space,
6.1.3
cause or in any way be party to any actions or
defaults which may give rise to liabilities on
the part of the United Kingdom under
international law,
6.1.4
prejudice in any way the national security of
the United Kingdom or the security of Hong
Kong, or
6.1.5
terminate any activity to which this Licence
relates or cease to control operation of the
Satellite without the prior consent in writing
of the Governor.
6.2
6.3
The Licensee shall afford all reasonable assistance,
or co-operation and compliance as may be requested
or required by the Governor in the exercise of his
functions under this Licence or the Act.
The Licensee shall keep, at an address or addresses
in Hong Kong to be notified to the Governor, all
records required by law, all proper technical
