CONDITIONS
Period of Licence
A period commencing with the launch of the Satellite
until revocation by the Governor under the Act or
until termination by the Licensee by not less than
six months notice in writing subject to the
provisions of Condition 4.
The Governor shall be entitled to terminate this
Licence after 31 May 1990 in the event that the
launch of the Satellite has not taken place by the
date of termination.

Activities licensed
2.1
Procuring the launch of the Satellite.
2.2
Operation of the Satellite.
2.3
Any other activities in outer space in relation to
the Satellite necessary or expedient to carry on the
Licensee's activities as a provider of
telecommunications satellite services provided that
any such activities have been specifically
authorised by the Governor in writing and without
prejudice to any other requirement under the laws of
Hong Kong to obtain a licence permission or
authorisation.
