Exhibit B
4.3.6 Despin Motor Torque
The despin motor and drive electronics shall be capable of providing torque in excess of worst expected orbital operational conditions (voltage, rpm, temperature, life) by a factor of 2 as a minimum when separately powered by either set of drive electronics, and by a factor of 3 as a minimum when both sets of drive electronics are activated.
4.3.7 Sensor Signal Interruption
In the event that the ground interrupted, the despin system shall pointing mode.

General Description
The
The TT&C subsystem shall include all information required to operate and monitor the communications satellite and the communications payload. telemetry subsystem shall be fully redundant with the exception of the antenna and RF feeds. It shall be capable of telemetering all information necessary for the management and control of the satellite during transfer, drift, and final orbit.
The telemetry subsystem shall, wherever practical, be compatible with IRIG Telemetry Standards Document 106-69.
5.2 Operation
:
The telemetry subsystem

from the launch vehicle and shall also be operational prior to lift-off with the Omni directional antenna in the stowed position.
The subsystem shall be capable of operation in a high power mode via the omnidirectional antenna when the communications antenna is not despun and
station. in a low power mode via the high gain antenna when on
