SCF SITE FACILITIES
General
The facilities to be supplied by Buyer, are defined in the Contract article 7.0.
OPERATIONS CONTROL CENTRE (OCC)

The OCC as part of the Satellite Control Facility shall be capable
in-orbit of monitoring and controlling
(1) satellite with software capabilities which permit expansion to accommodate a second satellite and a backup TT&C Earth Station. The OCC shall be provided with the equipment required to allow the operator to:
i)
send commands to the satellite
monitor telemetry data from the satellite;
control the configuration satellite bus and payload subsystems;
ii)
iii)
monitor and
iv)
perform ranging
satellite
v)

monitor and control all required attitude and orbit station-keeping operations.
As a minimum, the Contractor shall provide an operations console, telemetry displays and command keyboard/CRT terminals.
