Notices given hereunder shall be deemed to be received in the case of telegrams, telexes and facsimiles (confirmed by telex) on the first business day after the dispatch thereof. Notices sent by registered letter shall be deemed received on the 5th business day after dispatch. Business day means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in the recipient's country.
The headings and sub-headings used in this Contract are provided solely for convenience of reference and the understanding and explanation of them shall not prevail over the content of said Articles.
