ARTICLE 25
LANGUAGE
This Contract, including all its Annexes, is written in English and Chinese texts. The English text shall have priority in the event of any conflict between the provisions thereof. The Parties shall execute two (2) counterparts of the text in each language and each Party shall hold one copy of the text in each language.
