If requested by the Client, CGWIC will assist the Client to obtain a policy or policies of insurance from the People's Insurance Company of China ("PICC") or other insurers as nominated by the Client's appointed insurance brokers at a reasonable cost, the cost of which to be borne by the Client underwriting such risks as the Client may require in respect of this Contract, the Payload or otherwise in connection with the Client's rights or obligations hereunder.
CGWIC also agrees to provide all reasonable assistance the Client may require for the purpose of the insurance of the Payload, the Payload Mission and the Launch Mission against loss or damage and against third party risks whether such insurance is arranged with PICC or any other insurers. CGWIC recognizes that the Client may insure such risks with persons other than PICC and that the Client may require that assistance and information be provided to the Client or its brokers to assist in the procuring of such insurances.
Specific matters with respect to such insurance policies including but not limited to the insurance conditions, amounts and premium shall be directly negotiated between the Client and PICC or such other insurers.
The Client and CGWIC shall each carry insurance for such risks as either may be required to be insured against pursuant to any applicable statute, order, regulation, or other law and each Party shall promptly advise the other of the nature and extent of the insurance carried.
Any insurance carried by either Party or such Party's Associates insuring against the risks described in this Article or in Article 18 shall provide that the insurers shall waive all rights of subrogation against the other Party and the other Party's Associates to the extent required under Paragraphs 18.2, 18.3 and 18.4 hereof.
