18.8
Neither Party has the right to assign to a Third Party any intellectual property rights of the other Party or of the other Party's Associates or to permit the use by a Third Party of any intellectual property of the other Party or of the other Party's Associates, except with the express prior written consent of the other Party and of the relevant Associate (if the right belongs to the Associate) which in either case the relevant Party shall have full liberty to withhold.
