pay all expenses and satisfy all judgments in connection with or arising out of such claim, demand or proceeding.
18.3 Each Party shall be responsible for any loss of or
damage to the property of Third Parties or injury to, illness of or death of any Third Parties caused by or arising from any wilful or negligent act or omission of that Party or its Associates and will indemnify the other Party and its Associates against all losses, damages, claims, expenses or costs which the other Party suffers as a consequence of any such loss, damage, injury, illness or death, provided always that CGWIC shall not be entitled to such indemnity from the Client or its Associates if, by reason of any inter- governmental agreement, convention or treaty, liability for loss, damage, injury, illness or death has been accepted by the Chinese government arising out of any Launch regardless of the cause of the loss, damage, injury, illness or death.

It is expressly agreed that except as otherwise provided herein neither Party shall be entitled to claim against the other Party or its Associates for any consequential loss or damage (including, without limitation, loss of profit or business opportunity) arising from the loss of or destruction of its Property.
The Client shall indemnify and hold harmless CGWIC and CGWIC's Associates from any liability resulting from an infringement of intellectual property rights of the Client or a Third Party arising from the Payload or any other Property of the Client, or CGWIC's use of the Payload or such other property of the Client with respect to the performance of this Contract.
CGWIC shall indemnify and hold harmless the Client and Client's Associates from any liability resulting from an infringement of intellectual property rights of CGWIC or a Third Party arising from the Client's use of Property of CGWIC, CGWIC's facilities, technical literature, equipment and services with respect to the performance of this Contract.
In the event that a Third Party alleges the same infringement of intellectual property rights against CGWIC and the Client, CGWIC and the Client shall jointly undertake the defense and bear the damage and costs in proportion according to each Party's liability therefor.
