CGWIC will assist the Client and its Associates with all administrative arrangements necessary in connection with the transportation of the Payload from its entry into China to the Launch Base, the storage of the Payload in China and its possible return, and the entry, exit and stay of the Client's and its Associates' personnel in CGWIC China during the performance of this Contract. shall take all necessary steps before the Payload is shipped to China or any personnel of the Client or its Associates visit China for the purposes of this Contract to obtain all necessary consents and permissions from the government of China or any relevant ministry or department thereof as may be required to permit the bringing of the Payload to China and the entry and stay in China of all such personnel.
The Client shall be entitled to provide its own security measures for the Payload and ancillary equipment and CGWIC will not do or permit anything to be done which prejudices such security measures.
After Launch, any Payload debris or parts recovered by CGWIC or its employees, agents or designees or the government of China or any ministry or agency thereof will be returned without examination, testing or analysis to the Client's custody, or if for whatever reason the Launch Mission is terminated without a Launch having occurred, the Payload and all ancillary equipment may be removed from China by the Client without examination, testing or analysis by CGWIC or its employees, agents or designees or the government of China or any ministry or agency thereof.
