The price for any Optional Service provided in accordance with Sub-paragraph 4.2 (a) or 4.2 (b) shall be determined in accordance with the applicable price, rates or other basis for determination set forth in Section 2 of Annex II for the relevant Optional Service and shall not be subject to escalation.
CGWIC shall be responsible for and shall pay all taxes, duties or imposts imposed on the Client or any of its Associates by the People's Republic of China, or any ministry or department of the Chinese Government on the Launch Vehicle, the Payload, any equipment ancillary thereto or in respect of any work performed by the Client within China in respect of the Services, the Launch or the Launch Mission.
The Client shall be responsible for and shall pay all taxes, duties or imposts imposed outside China on the Client, any of its Associates, the Payload, or other Property of the Client.
