serve the purpose of this Contract. Either Party may request a change in the terms of this Contract or the method or manner of performance. If both Parties agree to such change and it is a technical change which will not modify the schedule or price of the Launch under this Contract, then the agreement of the Parties to make such change may be evidenced solely by a written agreement between the mission directors of each Party without requiring formal amendment of this Contract. Such written agreement shall be binding on CGWIC and the Client. All other changes shall only be effective if adopted in accordance with the provisions of Article 24 hereof.
The Parties hereto acknowledge that each of them and their respective Associates shall be obliged to observe such reasonable arrangements regarding security and safety within the Launch Base and the access and egress thereto and access to the Launch Vehicle and the Payload and equipment ancillary thereto as the Parties hereto may agree. Each Party also acknowledges that certain requirements with respect to safety or security may be imposed by law or by the terms of any license, consent or permit granted in connection with the Launch Mission or the Payload Mission and each Party on behalf of itself and its Associates hereby agrees to use its best efforts to comply and to procure that its Associates comply with any such requirements.
If however any such requirement conflicts with the requirements imposed by law or by any license, consent, permit or contract on a Party or its Associates, the Parties shall endeavor to agree a means of complying with such requirement, but neither the Client nor CGWIC shall be obliged to provide access to the other Party to information or property that is to be kept confidential by law, license, consent, permit or contract or shall be entitled to prevent the other Party from having for itself and its Associates full and complete access to its own Property. In particular, no requirement imposed on CGWIC by the United States government or any other government shall be construed to regulate or prevent the access of the Client or its Associates to the Property of the Client.
The Parties will use their best endeavors to find and implement all such technical or other means as may be required to ensure that each Party and its Associates can comply with the requirement imposed on the Party or its Associates by law, license, consent, permit or contract.
