ARTICLE 2
PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT
The purpose of this Contract is the Launch of a Payload supplied by the Client on a Launch Vehicle provided by CGWIC at the Launch Base with the intention of accomplishing the Launch Mission and Payload Mission in accordance with the terms of this Contract.
Should the Launch Mission or Payload Mission not be accomplished for any reason whatsoever, the Client may request a Replacement Launch unless the failure of the Launch Mission or Payload Mission entitles the Client to a Reflight in accordance with Article 11 hereof. Replacement Launch shall form the subject of another launch contract drawn up in accordance with the provisions of Article 12 hereof.
