2. During his pre-posting briefing, Charles Parton said he would find it useful to see personality notes of those involved in Hong Kong affairs on the Chinese side. It would be helpful if you could make available to him on his arrival the Peking notes and any you have produced on the Chinese JLG team.
We too would be grateful for copies of any up-dated personality notes that you or Shaun Riordan have on the Chinese side.
