Thank you for your memo of 28 August 1990. are currently keeping over 8,000 CVs of non-official members serving on Government boards and committees as listed in the Civil and Miscellaneous list plus other leading personalities in Hong Kong which have come to our knowledge, the summary sheet you required may be too long to serve your purpose. Moreover, there will be constant addition to the list which may keep the summary sheet you get out of date.
