I agree it would be useful to discuss with Mr Fish his costings and also what to do about sterling safeguards. the cost of a classic general compensation scheme (Annex B), it is not clear to me whether Mr Fish has taken into account that HKG/SARG should take over the pension of former HMOCS members when they reach normal retirement age.
