HG and the Hong Kong Government than had I joined the permanent and pensionable establishment of the Eong Kong civil service on this date of first appointment. An undertaking to this effect was issued by your office (attached at Annex). If I transfer to the NPS will this in any way affect the attached undertaking that you have given? Will HMG give a similar under- taking covering circumstances in which officers transfer from agreement terms to the OPS and subsequently transfer to the NPS?
