I enclose a copy of a letter from Mr Blye and my proposed draft reply. I should be grateful for any comments. I should, in particular, be grateful for your comments on how long Hong Kong pensioners appear to be surviving. The acuarial factor used for commentation purposes is 14 (years). But is there evidence that Hong Kong pensioners are prone to living to a ripe old age?
You's auye,
Matil
