THE PROBLEM
In response to staff requests and OMELCO concern,
consideration has been given to how the existing provisions
on civil service dependant pensions and related benefits
can be modernized.
RECOMMENDATION AND ADVICE SOUGHT

It is recommended that

(a) in respect of the Widows' and Children's
Pensions Scheme (WCPS) and the Widows and
Orphans Pension Scheme (WOPS),
