By air. The officer will be required to sign passage agreement undertaking with the Commissioner, London to refund the cost of passages to Hong Kong in the event of his failing to serve in Hong Kong for a period of
years.
Responsible mainly for the overall formulation of policy and management of operational matters pertaining to cultural and entertainment services in the urban
areas.
