be appointed to act as Senior Assistant Director of Municipal Services, with effect from a current date, for six months with a view to substantive promotion;

(b) Mr. LAI Man-chi, Senior Superintendent of Urban Services,

be substantively promoted to Assistant Director of Municipal Services with effect from a current date;

(c) Mr. David CHIU Yim-shun, Principal Recreation and Sport Officer, be substantively promoted to Assistant Director of Municipal Services with effect from a current date; and

(d) Mr. CHUNG Yiu-fan be appointed to act as Assistant Director

of Municipal Services with a singling-out effect under CSR 160(2)(c) when an appropriate vacancy occurs.
