PASSAGE ARRANGEMENTS:
By air. The officer will be required to sign passage agreement undertaking with the Commissioner, London to refund the cost of passages to Hong Kong in the event of his failing to serve in Hong Kong for a period of
years.

To assist the Director of Marine in the administration of the whole department
