You are eligible for a refund of all or part of your normal travelling expenses from your home to the airport of departure, and you should submit a claim giving details to the Accountant General on your arrival in Hong Kong (see Appendix III). Following receipt of your acceptance of appointment, a cooking will be made for your departure on 23rd April, 1981
13. You should ensure that your passport is in order for the journey and arrange for any necessary vaccinations. Requirements in this respect should be checked with British Airways about two months before departure. You must bear any expenditure incurred with vaccinations.
14. If you reire further information about conditions of service or if you experience any difficulty with regard to the appointment, you will have the opportunity to raise questions at a seminar, which will be arranged at this office a few weeks prior to your departure.
15. A number c2 Government circulars and leaflets are enclosed for your information and action where appropriate.
