Secretary of State,
Matters of Concern to Expatriate Inspectors
On 15th January 1990 a representative of this Association
attended the meeting you held with officials of the various Staff Associations with n the Hong Kong Civil Service and a written submission from this Association was handed in. The submission outlined two of the main areas of concern to our membership.
I am now writing on behalf of the Association to request that the issues listed in our paper receive urgent consideration and that we be furnished with a written reply as soon as possible. Currently there is a crisis of confidence amongst our members and as the Association is required to hold an Annual General Meeting within the next few months the continued lack of answers will cause an even greater crisis.
I trust that the seriousness of the situation will be appreciated and I look forward to a comprehensive reply.
Yours sincerely,
Javid döölt
