Her Majesty's Frincipal Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth
Affairs presents his compliments to the Chargé d'Affaires of the
Kingdom of Morocco and, with reference to the Embassy's Note No 000394
of 26 June 1990 about the proposed appointment of Mr Gerald Godfrey
as Honorary Consul in Hong Kong, has the honour to state that the
appointment would be acceptable to Her Majesty's Government.
On receipt of a notification of appointment steps will be taken to
accord Mr Godfrey recognition in his consular capacity.
The Secretary of State avails himself of this opportunity to express
to the Chargé d'Affaires the assurance of his high consideration.
