Compliment to the Protocol
The Embassy of El Salvador presents its compliments
Department of the Foreign an Commonwealth Office, and has the honour
to enclose herewith the Patent Letters extended in favour of Señor
Caball Yeun-hing Chang, Honorary Consul of El Salvador in Hong Kong,
and kindly requests, at your convenience, if proper measures could
be taken so that the corresponding "EXEQUATUR" be issued, which will
permit Sr. Chang to exercise the functions that have been conveyed
to him by the Government of El Salvador.
