The Embassy of the Republic of Panamá presents-
its compliments to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office
and has the honour to inform them of the appointment of
MR. RAUL ADAMES as Consul General (Cónsul General de Pri-
mera Categoría) of Panamá in Hong Kong.
The Embassy of the Republic of Panamá encloses
herewith Mr. Adames' Exequatur and TX 37 will follow as
soon as it is completed by Mr. Adames.
The Embassy of the Republic of Panamá avails
