Whereas the Government of Ireland are satisfied that it is expedient to appoint a person to be Honorary Consul of Ireland at Hong Kong with jurisdiction for Hong Kong.
And whereas special trust and confidence are reposed In the probity, loyalty and zeal of Mr. Desmond Anthony Marron.
Anois, ar an ábhar sin, ar údarás Rialtas na hÉireann sulm agus ceapaim an duine réamhráite don oifig a dúradh, bheirim don duine sin gach comhacht is iomchuf don oifig sin agus iarraim don duine sin an t- aitheantas, na cearta, na pribléldi agus na díolúintí a ghabhas leis an oifig sin.
Now, therefore, on the authority of the Government of Ireland, I constitute and appoint the above named person to the above mentioned office, I confer upon that person all the powers appropriate to that office and I request for that person the recognition, rights, privileges and Immunities appertaining to that office.
