Her Majesty's Principal Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth
Affairs presents his compliments to the High Commissioner for Tonga
and, with reference to the Commission of Appointment forwarded via
the British High Commission in Tonga, has the honour to transmit
herewith The Queen's Exequatur bearing date the 8 October 1990
empowering Mr George Chen to act as Honorary Consul in Hong Kong.
Mr Chen's Commission of Appointment is returned herewith.
