The Embassy of Uruguay presents its compliments to the Foreign and
Commonwealth Office and has the honour to refer to its verbal note
number 642/90-116.0, dated November 6th presenting the appointment of
Mr. Enrique Vidal, as Deputy Consul General of Uruguay in Hong Kong and
requesting its corresponding exequatur.
According with it it was later requested by the Protocol Department, the
Embassy of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay is honoured to forward
herewith a provisional copy of Mr. Vidal's Curriculum Vitae.
The Embassy of Uruguay avails itself of this opportunity to renew to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (Protocol Department) the assurances of
