Llewelyn Williams, a citizen of the United States of America, as Consul
General of the United States of America to Hong Kong and Macau and that
the necessary steps be taken for his recognition in that capacity.
Mr. Williams is a permanent and pensionable employee of the
United States of America and is not employed in business or in the
practice of a profession.
