The Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman presents its compliments to the
Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Middle East Department, and has the
honour to enclose herewith a letter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs,
of the Sultanate of Oman, concerning the nomination of Mr. Wang Yuk-Yee,
as Honorary Consul of the Sultanate of Oman in Hong Kong in succession to
