Action Taken
The Bolivian Chargé d'Affaires a.i., presents
his compliments to Her Majesty's Principal Secretary of
State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs and has the
honour to enclose the Letters of Appointment as Consul
General for Bolivia at Hong Kong on behalf of Mr. Oscar
Siles Villarroel, and requests that Her Majesty's Govern-
ment grant recognition to the above empowering him to
act in the mentioned capacity.
The Bolivian Chargé d'Affaires avails himself
of this opportunity to renew to Her Majesty's Principalme
Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs,
the assurances of his highest consideration.
