The Royal Thai Embassy presents its compliments to the Foreign
and Commonwealth Office and has the honour to inform the latter that
the Royal Thai Government has appointed Mr. Arthit Charoensuk to the post
of Vice Consul-General of Thailand in Hong Kong. The Curriculum Vitae
of Mr. Arthit Charoensuk is enclosed herewith.
As in previous practices of an appointment of a Vice Consul-General
at Hong Kong, the Thai Government does not intend to issue a Royal Commission
of Appointment in this case.
The Royal Thai Embassy avails itself of this opportunity to renew
to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office the assurances of its highest
consideration.
