During his visit to Dusseldorf Mr Sainsbury was told that they issue quite a large number of passports and working visas on behalf of the Hong Kong Government and other Dependencies. Mr Sainsbury would be grateful for details of how we are renumerated for this service and whether it clearly covers the extra costs involved in man hours etc.
