A representative of the education sector in Hong Kong
Ex-officio trustees will serve for the duration of their
terms of office. Other trustees will normally be appointed for periods of 3 years.
Trustees may resign provided they give three months
written notice.
Remaining trustees may appoint new trustees up to the
overall limit of 6.
5.
Decisions
Decisions will be taken by a majority of the trustees. If
trustees are unavoidably absent their views may be given by
telex, fax or telephone, though in the latter case to be
subsequently confirmed in writing. In the case of trustees being evenly divided on any question the Chairman has a casting vote.
6.
Accounts
Annual accounts will be prepared and audited and will be available to all donors to the fund upon request.
7.
Meetings
The trustees will meet at least once per year at which time
plans for the forthcoming year and accounts for the previous
year will be presented.
