I agree we should take this up with Mr Venables and am grateful for your offer to make arrangements with a legal adviser

My only concern about the arrangements is the high amount that the British Council appear to want to charge for administering the trust. But we can pursue that in parallel with them.

It would be helpful to know whether we can pay the agreed one third of the sum directly to the Cancer Research Institute or whether it will have to go into the trust first and then be paid out
