will have eroded the real value of the Joint Funding Scheme even
further. But CRD could provide for up to a 10% increase (£200,000)
in 1991/92, derived essentially from savings on the declining fee
support schemes elsewhere. Mr Maude could announce the increase for 1991/92 during his visit to Hong Kong.
