additional student numbers.

LCSC recommended to SCORE

that LC should be upgraded
as part of the expansion plan.

the Heads for clarification/
discussion, and considered
LCSC's recommendations.
SCORE met to consider
further the institutions'
proposals and to agree
tentative recommendations
on the distribution of the
additional student numbers.
