This ECVII was born in Vietnam on 6-6-1965. He went to China with his family in 1979 and was
resettled at GUANG MING HUA QIAO FARM, BAO AN XIAN, GUANG DONG + B & D.

since then. During the day before Ching Ming Festival this year, he went to Vietnam' and visited his cousins. Then he led his cousins and other relatives to flee Vietnam on 1-4-90. All the routing was the same as that of Group I until his arrival in Hong Kong.

Only Group II, one person, was landcrosser from HAI NINH to DONG XING (1) of China.

(a) the screening policy;
(b) the mandatory repatriation;
(c) the news that they would be placed on a deserted island after their arrival in Hong Kong.
whether the Sino-Vietnamese border was closed or not.
