The trip was organized by a 40 years old ECV/M courier called "INH" and these 12 persons were charged with 0.2 tael of gold per head for escort service. They left HO CHI MINH CITY on 2-5-1990 by train and arrived at HONG GAI via HA NOI on 4-5-90. After having one night is rest, they then proceeded to HAI NINH and the courier left them. At the Sino-Vietnamese border, they were intercepted by 2 VN police officers of unknown name.

They then went eastward At TAI PING a to TAI PING q ) via FANG CHENG (X) by bus. fishing junk was bought from a local folk at the cost of $12,000 RMB and they set sail on 10-5-90 at 1500 hrs. Finally, they reached Hong Kong on the next day without touching Macao.
