All of them were land-crossers from HAI NINH to DONG XINGR fing ) of China.
Three of them had knowledge of the screening policy by means of hearsay and letter.
Four stopovers in China. They had not encountered PRC officials.

the news that they would be placed on a deserted island after their arrival in Hong Kong.
(c) the 'Push-out' policy implemented by the Malaysian Government.
(d) the registration no. of the vessel and the personal particulars of the seller/owner.

7. Criminal offence : NIL.
8. Serviceman/Ex-serviceman/Policeman : NIL.
9. They chose to come to Hong Kong instead of other countries because of safety reason.
