This group left HO CHI MINH,S.VN. by train at 2000 hrs. on 26-10-89 for HA NOI,N.VN. After arriving at HA NOI,N.VN. in the morning on 29-10-89, they immediately took the bus for HONG GAI,N.VN. They arrived there in the evening the same day and stayed there for 4-5 days, waiting for a man in name of 'AH QUYEN' who would lead them to China. Each person had to pay 0.1 tæel of gold for the arrangement. At 0600 hrs on 3-11-89, they took the bus to

FONG CAI,N.VN. and spent 1 night there. On 4-11-89 morning, they were led to
